What is your policy on soldered electronics?
STRICT POLICY: Once an item is soldered or installed, it is no longer eligible for return or refund. Please test your F722 FC via USB before soldering.
How do I report a Dead on Arrival (DOA) item?
Contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos and video of the un-soldered item to initiate a replacement.
Is crash damage covered under warranty?
No. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage from high-impact crashes, water, or reverse polarity is excluded.
How long does the refund process take?
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after our technicians inspect the returned FPV hardware.

Which is better for racing: F722 or F405?
The F722 Flight Controller is preferred for high-performance racing due to its faster clock speed and dedicated UARTS.
What ESC protocols do your stacks support?
Our High-performance FPV ESCs support BLHeli_32 and BLHeli_S, including features like Bi-directional DShot.
Why is a Smoke Stopper necessary for first boot?
A Smoke Stopper limits current and prevents catastrophic failure if there is a short circuit in your FPV stack setup.
Do you provide help with PID or Filter tuning?
While we provide FPV Hardware Support, PID tuning is user-specific. We recommend referring to Betaflight community presets.
Are mounting grommets and cables included?
Yes, our stacks come with vibration-damping grommets, JST-SH cable sets, and a Low ESR capacitor.
Can I flash custom firmware on these ESCs?
Yes, our 65A ESCs are fully compatible with standard BLHeli configurators for firmware updates and parameter adjustments.
