Every order for a high-performance FPV stack or F722 Flight Controller is processed within 24-48 business hours. Our team ensures that each sensitive electronic component is packed in anti-static materials and reinforced boxes to withstand international transit.

We specialize in serving the global FPV community, with a primary focus on North America and Europe. Whether you are ordering a single 4-in-1 ESC or multiple accessories, we provide reliable FPV hardware shipping to most countries worldwide.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer multiple shipping tiers to balance cost and speed for your FPV stack delivery:

• Standard Tracked Shipping: Typically takes 7-14 business days to reach major regions like the USA, Canada, and the EU.

• Express Shipping: For urgent racing builds, we offer expedited services that deliver within 3-7 business days via major global carriers.

• Note: We do not sell or ship batteries or motors, which allows us to utilize faster, more streamlined air freight options for our core electronics.

4. Real-Time Tracking

Once your FPV hardware shipping label is generated, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours. You can monitor your F722 FC shipping status directly through our website or the carrier’s portal.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international global drone parts delivery, please be aware that the recipient is responsible for any import duties, VAT, or local customs fees required by their country’s laws. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing large orders for racing drone electronics.

6. Address Accuracy & Re-shipping

To ensure successful FPV electronics delivery, please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we take every precaution in our FPV hardware shipping process, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement according to our DOA policy.
