Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment to Quality

At WYECS, we pride ourselves on delivering high-performance racing drone electronics. Every F722 Flight Controller and high-performance ESC is inspected for quality before shipment. However, we understand that issues can occur, and we are here to provide professional FPV hardware support to resolve them.

2. The 7-Day DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

We offer a strict 7-day DOA policy starting from the date of delivery.

  • Eligibility: If your FPV hardware is defective out of the box, you must report the issue within 7 days.

  • Verification: You must provide high-resolution photos and a clear video demonstrating the defect in an un-soldered state.

3. The “Soldered Goods” Exclusion (Core Policy)

STRICT NOTICE: To maintain the safety and integrity of our products, once an item is soldered, tinned, or installed, it is no longer eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Mandatory Testing: We require all customers to perform a USB bench test on their F722/F405 Flight Controller to verify MCU and gyro function before applying solder.

  • No Exceptions: This policy protects our ecosystem from damages caused by improper soldering or user-induced short circuits.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Under our FPV Returns Policy, the following conditions are ineligible for a refund:

  • Items showing signs of crash damage or physical impact.

  • Components damaged by water, reverse polarity, or overheating during assembly.

  • Products without their original packaging or missing included accessories like Low ESR capacitors.

5. Refund & RMA Process

Once your return is authorized by our FPV hardware support team:

  • Inspection: Returned items are inspected by technicians within 3-5 business days of arrival.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a warehouse error.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us through our Support page with your order number and a detailed description of the hardware issue. Providing Betaflight CLI dumps or photos of the wiring will help us provide faster F722 FC replacement guidance or troubleshooting.
