1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing wyecs.com and purchasing our high-performance FPV stacks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including professional pilots and DIY builders seeking racing drone electronics.

2. Product Use & Technical Responsibility

Our products, including F722 Flight Controllers and 4-in-1 ESCs, are intended for experienced FPV drone builders.

• DIY Nature: You acknowledge that building drones involves high-voltage electronics and sensitive components.

• Pilot Responsibility: WYECS is not responsible for any damage to your hardware or property resulting from improper installation, configuration, or pilot error.

3. The Mandatory Pre-Solder Testing Rule

A critical component of these Terms of Service is the “Pre-Solder Rule.” To protect the technical integrity of our hardware:

• Verification: You must test your F722/F405 Flight Controller via USB (Betaflight) before any soldering occurs.

• No Return Policy: Once a component is soldered, tinned, or installed, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for return or refund. This ensures all customers receive brand-new, factory-tested electronics.

4. Accuracy of Orders & Pricing

We strive to ensure that all descriptions of our FPV hardware are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or availability for FPV Flight Stacks. In the event of an error, we will contact you to provide a solution or a full refund before shipment.

5. Limitation of Liability (The Crash Damage Clause)

FPV racing is an inherently risky activity. WYECS shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our racing drone electronics. Our warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to crash damage, water ingress, or reverse polarity caused by the user.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the design style and product imagery for our F722 FCs, is the property of WYECS. Unauthorized use of our technical documentation or brand assets is prohibited.

7. Shipping & Customs Compliance

When you engage in an FPV hardware purchase, you agree to our Shipping and Tax policies. You are responsible for any international customs duties or VAT assessed by your local authorities.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international trade laws. Any disputes regarding your FPV electronics purchase will be handled through professional arbitration.
