1. International Shipping & Tax Scope

At WYECS, we specialize in delivering high-performance racing drone electronics to pilots across North America and Europe. When you purchase a F722 Flight Controller or a high-performance ESC from our store, please be aware that the transaction involves international shipping, which may be subject to various taxes and duties imposed by your local government.

2. Customer Responsibility for Import Duties

It is a fundamental part of our FPV hardware tax policy that the recipient (customer) is the importer of record. As such, you are responsible for any and all international customs duty, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are not included in the item price or the shipping cost paid at checkout.

3. Understanding VAT (Value Added Tax)

For our customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, VAT for drone parts may be assessed upon arrival. Since we focus on core electronics like FPV Flight Stacks and avoid restricted items like batteries, our shipments usually move through customs efficiently. However, local tax authorities determine the final VAT rate based on the declared value of the hardware.

4. Customs Documentation & Accuracy

To ensure your F405/F722 MCU boards reach you without unnecessary delay, we provide accurate commercial invoices for every shipment. We are legally required to declare the actual value of the FPV electronics being shipped. Please do not request that we mark items as “gifts” or declare a lower value, as this violates international trade regulations and can lead to package seizure or fines.

5. Refusal to Pay Taxes

If a customer refuses to pay the required FPV import taxes or duties, the package may be abandoned or returned to our warehouse. In such cases:

• Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.

• Any return shipping costs or storage fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from your hardware refund.

• We recommend checking your local de minimis thresholds (the value below which no tax is charged) before ordering multiple 60A ESCs or large stacks.

6. Customs Delays & Support

While we provide professional FPV hardware support, we have no control over the processing times of your local customs office. Customs inspections can occasionally cause delays beyond the estimated delivery window. We appreciate your patience as authorities verify the technical specifications of your racing drone electronics.
